I've reinstalled this twice, once on Steam and a second time via Origin (which just directs to Steam anyway) - didn't work. I've verified, changed the folder name, "uninstalled", renamed back and "reinstalled" several times as well - Origin refuses to recognise that the game is properly installed, validated and ready to go. So, a long time ago, I had got this free Origin membership and during the time period, I installed and played many games including Need for speed payback and Need for speed most wanted. Now my membership is over. Today while I was cleaning up my pc by uninstalling those programs that I no longer needed, I tried to uninstall Need for Speed Payback.
