Ford Mondeo III (2000 - 2007) - 04 2.2 timing chain change interval?. Would like to know at what mileage my timing chain will need changed. The chain tensioner was changed at 35000, i now have 58000 on the clock and it is getting noisey again when cold, and i am thinking maybe i need a new chain ?

Reading other posts I understand I have a Getrag Powershift 6DCT450 transmission in my Diesel Estate Mk4 (2008) 2.0 automatic Mondeo in which I have neglected to change the oil. I guess better late than never as it is still working perfectly well. I am not 100% sure which standard of I I need as I have found conflicting information.
Try one of the Ford forums, but yes they need fluid & filter every 3 years, and cost about £250. The fluid is about £13-£20 a litre depends on where you get it, but I've no idea how much goes in.
