I managed to fix this. it was because I had the game installed on a different drive then ubisoft connect. I moved ubisoft connect to the same drive and repaired the shortcuts and the stuttering went away. I imagine this would work if you moved far cry 6 to the drive ubisoft connect is currently on. apparently the save file for the game is in
1. Open Ubisoft Connect as administrator, click the menu icon at the top left and go to settings. 2. Untick "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games". 3. Make a backup of the savegames folder, default location >. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames.
clik in the upper left hand corner open Uplay settings select General. uncheck the box that says Enable in game overlay for supported games. uncheck the one for the FPS counter. and the one for the cloud saves is a good idea to shut off as well .. if the cloud screws up you can get a corrupted save file. #9.

Next time you save, look at the top right corner of the screen. Those 3 dots are the saving symbol. So i have recently started playing FC3 Blood Dragon and it absolutely kicks ass. Awesome game, no words to describe it. But the game won't fucking SAVE! I have finished the first mission, freed the garrison AND freed the scientist. It still won't save and it is showing that it is saving.
